Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Items

No Returns or Refunds: Since custom items are made to order and go through a preview approval process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on them.

Exceptions: If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

2. Premade Art Prints

We accept returns for non-custom prints under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Processing: Once we receive the item, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3. Cancellations

  • 6-Hour Window: We accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.

4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lettersfromrainbowbridge@outlook.com so we can evaluate the situation and assist you.
